Sidewinder by Graph Paper Press is a responsive, photography child theme featuring horizontal scrolling and screen wide photo carousel. Sidewinder is a child theme of the Graph Paper Press Base framework and supports WordPress Post Formats.
A theme with a responsive design will adapt the presentation of the web page to the screen of the device used by the visitor; be it a desktop, a laptop, a tablet or a smartphone. Hence, such a theme responds to the size and orientation of the screen.
This theme supports natively two WordPress 3 menus – both right-aligned in the header.
Graph Paper Press ships its themes as lightweight as possible. For this reason, the theme installs with the default WordPress widgets only. However, the following widgets – among others – are available as plugins from the Graph Paper Press website as well as from the WordPress Plugin Directory:

The theme incorporates five widgetized areas:

The Theme Options panel serves six vertical tabs and a reset button:

The Colors and Fonts section allows you to choose between a Light and a Dark color scheme. Here you can also add your preferred Google Font and enter any Custom CSS in a text box.
At the Blog tab you can set which categories will be displayed in the blog feed on the Blog template.
The Layout section lets you activate the use of sidebars, and you can set your preferred number of footer areas – you can have from zero up to four footer areas.
The Home Design tab includes a drop-down menu where you can select the number of pixels between the images in the horizontal scrolling slide carousel on the homepage. The homepage slider can display the latest blog posts, the latest Galleries or a single gallery.
Outside the panel, just below the WordPress Posts module, the theme adds a custom post type for Galleries with its own Collections (categories) and Gallery tags.
